Damage Replacement

If your order arrives damaged during shipping, we will gladly replace it free of charge.

To qualify for a replacement, please ensure the following:

* Contact us within 7 Days of receiving your order.
* Provide a continuous unboxing video that clearly shows:
    * The parcel is completely sealed before opening.
    * The shipping label is visible.
    * The damage is visible immediately after opening.

Claims submitted without a continuous unboxing video may not be eligible for a replacement.
